How to Participate.Thank you for your interest in LV Flea Market. We invite vendors, farmers, crafters, and artists who offer high quality products. The following are the expectations that we have for our vendors and the principles that we employ to select vendors for admittance. Vendors are to provide the highest quality of customer service with knowledgeable staff interested in creating relationships between the seller and the consumer. Easy-up tents and tables are available for rent. Just ask for more details. Vendors may bring their own tables, WHITE, BLUE or RED tents, chairs, banners, and any equipment needed. Apply ahead of time by calling (702) 834-6333 or submitting your application online.General Terms and Conditions.The LV Family Market reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, entity, or organization.The LV Family Market reserves the right to inspect all merchandise. The LV Family Market reserves the right to designate the selling area. No rain checks or refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations. No reservation changes (space location or date) are allowed after the purchase of the Daily Occupancy Permit. NO car or truck allowed at the market (designated space will be provided nearby.) Sellers must use only the spot assigned to them. Anyone using a space without a payment will be evicted. Sellers must leave their space clean. Violators will be subject to a fine and possible future refusal to sell at the LV Family Market. No canvas covers may be erected that extend into a walkway or driveway. No nails, stakes or any material may be driven into the pavement. All awnings and covers must be weighted or tied down. Produce may be sold only in designated area. No other foods may be sold, including candy or beverages. No cooking is allowed. No pets allowed, with the exception of service animals as required by law. No animals may be sold or given away. No electronic extension cords may be connected to LV Family Market power outlets unless specifically specified in the Permit or a special ticket is purchased. There will be no selling in walkways. All sellers must be within the lines that designate their selling space. No games of chance, skill, or raffles are allowed. No fireworks, handguns, or dangerous items may be sold. Dealers are responsible for making sure that any pictures, books, records, etc. on display are acceptable for children of all ages. No pornographic material is allowed. Vendors are responsible for sales tax and all license requirements. Rudeness to customers will not be tolerated. Repeated complaints of rudeness will result in permanent removal from LV Family Market. Every person selling on the premises must comply with Nevada Business and Professions Code. Soliciting signatures and distributing promotional literature can be done only within Vendor's space. No soliciting or distributing materials in walkways or near the enterance. Anyone not complying with this rule may be removed and denied future admission. Permittee shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations of Federal, State, County, Municipal, or other lawfully authority pertaining to the Permitees use of the premises, and shall at all times conduct himself in an acceptable manner. All Permitees must be off the premises by 4:00 P.M (market closes at 3pm). Vendor are allowed to CLOSE/LEAVE ANY TIME BEFORE THIS TIME. No permanebt tattooing or body piercing services allowed. Permittee must regulate the volume of radios, televisions, stereos, and sound amplification equipment so as not to interfere with those occupying adjoining spaces.Termination for good cause shown sale of unlicensed goods: Upon confirming Permitees sale of unlicensed goods, or upon written notice of Permittees conviction or guilty plea of either misdemeanor or felony charges with respect to violation of any federal or Nevada law(s) relating to copyright, trademark, or counterfeiting activity at LV Family Market, The LV Family Market will immediately revoke Permitees license without prior notice, and require Permittee to IMMEDIATELY vacate the grounds of LV Family Market. There will be no refund of rental fee in the event of such revocation. Furthermore, such license revocation and removal is permanent. Permittee agrees to comply with all requirements of any insurer which are reasonably necessary for insurance carried by LV Family Market for its own benefit. Permittee shall neither commit nor omit any act which would result in a cancellation of any insurance policy carried by LV Family Market. The LV Family Market shall not be responsible or liable to Permittee for any loss or damage that may result to Permittee or his property or his property from water, fire, explosion, theft, willful or negligent act of LV Family Market or its officers, employees, or agents, or from any other source or cause whatsoever. Permittee, his or her employees, assistants, helpers, or family members agrees to protect, indemnify, and to save harmless LV Family Market and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, arising from the acts of The Flea Market Inc, or The Flea Market Inc.s agents, employees, or contractors, and any expense incidents to the defense by The Flea Market Inc. of any such demand or action for, injury to, or death of, persons, or loss of, damage to, property occurring on the hired premises or the adjoining aisles, streets or ways, and growing out of or connected with Permittees, his or her employees, assistants, helpers, or family members use and occupation of the premises. ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM LV FAMILY MARKET. RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE VOIDED IF USED BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE PERSON WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON VENDOR APPLICATION UNLESS PERMITTED IN ADVANCE.

Alex Logan, Market Coordinator 702-834-6333- 2 - Set-up and Clean up: The set up of the market may begin at 8:00am & selling shall cease after the closing at 4:00pm (VENDOR CAN CLEAN AND CLOSE his business and LEAVE the market AT ANY TIME BEFORE CLOSING). If market participation is for more than 1 day, the vendor must remove tent, table, ALL goods and clean the area.Clean up: All vendors shall clean up their areas at the end of each market. All vendors shall load up their vehicles after the closing bell. Vendors shall be responsible for the cleanliness of their selling areas. All vendors agree to bring a broom and trashcan, and vendors shall not use public trash receptacles for disposal of produce boxes or leftover products. Miscellaneous: LV Family Market offers right to sell all beverages and food at market. All vendors are responsible for their own change. The trailhead cannot be responsible for changing large bills. No drugs or firearms are allowed on the property.VIOLATIONS:A. Any complaint against any vendor regarding the origination of their produce or goods, or any other matter, must be directed to the attention of the Market Coordinator or Trailhead Director. Complaint resolution of matters of this nature is the responsibility of the Market Coordinator and the Trailhead. Together they shall determine, in their sole discretion, what type of investigation, if any, shall be conducted; what type of response (written and oral) a vendor against whom a complaint is made shall be entitled to make; and the time frame in which such a response shall be made.EXAMPLES OF MARKET VIOLATIONS INCLUDE:Arriving late: Vendors must be at their table prepared to sell before the "bell rings" at 9:00am.Vendors must arrive for setup no later than 9:00am Not showing up: defined as not notifying the Market Coordinator (cut off day is Tuesday prior to Market) that vendors are not coming to Market. The Market allows for acts of God (flat tire, equipment failure, weather, etc.). In those cases, call the market coordinators cell at 702-834-6333. You will be expected to pay for your reserved space upon your return to the market if you fail to contact the coordinator.Selling after the closing bell. Directly violating/undermining the market coordinators authority.B. When the Market Coordinator determines, in his/her sole discretion, that a vendor has violated any provision, or performed an action that undermines the smooth operations of the Market, a vendor may receive immediate dismissal and/or the following penalties:First violation: vendor receives written notification. If this is the option you want, you will not be required to pay for insurance BUT you will be on your own if one of your customers decides to sue you for any reason relating to your products. With a liability waiver, you will waive the right to sue us, LV Family Market and Real Equity LLC ( landlord ). You can operate with this waiver for the first 3 weeks, but if you decide to stay with us longer - you WILL be required to obtain Liability Insurance. Based on the information provided to us by our Insurance Agent, a premium for such insurance averages about $79 per year.The above items/proofs must be presented to gain entry into the market and will be inspected by LV Family Market officials.
